How to choose your Camargue rice?
Can't decide between several varieties? Here are a few simple guidelines:

Is your rice really 100% organic?
Yes. All our rice plots are organically grown. The certification appears on each package and on the product information sheets.
What is the difference between your rice and a "regular" supermarket rice?
Our rice is 100% French and IGP Camargue, grown without chemicals and traceable from field to bag, our rice offers a clear flavour, a beautiful texture and a guaranteed origin.
I don't really know how to cook red or black rice, is it complicated?
No. Cooking it is simple, similar to regular rice, just slightly longer. Instructions are provided for each variety.
Do you offer gift sets or packs with wine?
Yes, we have packs and gift sets that combine our wines and rice to showcase the dual nature of the estate.
