Grape variety: pureMarseille

Tasting : Garnet color.
The nose is powerful and complex. It presents notes of spices, cocoa, dark chocolate, tobacco and also bay leaves, blackcurrant buds with a hint of fresh mint.


On the palate, aromas of cinnamon and undergrowth add to the complexity found on the nose. The palate is ample, voluminous and a certain salinity accompanies the finish, which is elegant and persistent.

Excellent aging potential. 

 

Gastronomic alliances: Wild boar stew, Gardianne bull, Roasted duck, Grilled bull steak AOP Camargue, Roe deer stew, Capon with chestnuts.

Serving temperature: Decant and serve at 18°C

Cham Cham Blanc - Vin Blanc Biologique Vermentino/Chardonnay - Mas de Valériole Terre de Camargue

Tasting : Gold color with green highlights.

The nose is complex: a dominance of ripe lemon, accompanied by notes of hawthorn, acacia, raisin, candied pineapple and a few buttery touches.

The mouth is voluminous, the nose finds its way there and is focused on slightly more evolved notes.

The finesse and freshness contained in this aging wine bring a certain balance. The attack is silky and fresh and the finish is held by the salinity, typical of our terroirs.

Gastronomic alliances : Poultry in white sauce with morels, Blanquette with two fish and mussels, Fish casserole with saffron, Colombo fish.

Open a little before eating
